Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering any products. You should understand that by ordering any products, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Shipping Policy

You can count on Ingram Designs For You to not only meet, but exceed all your needs and requests. Learn more about the services we provide below, and let us know if you’d like more information about a specific offering.

  • Standard Shipping: 3-8 Business Days

  • Priority Shipping: 2-3 Business Days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1-2 business Day

Handmade Disclaimer

The beauty of handmade lies in the imperfections. Anything perfect is machine made.  Our products are made by hand, small imperfections / slight differences are part of the charm of a handmade product. Ex. Custom Tumblers.  We strive to create pieces as we would want to receive if we were the customer. If the piece does not meet our standards, it does not get shipped out.

Refunds and Returns

Special orders and custom-made combinations are not returnable, exchangeable or refundable. If you are not happy with your order please email Ingramdesignsforyou@gmail.com. If the error occurs on this end, a replacement will happily be sent out. If it is a mistake on your end you will be charged.

Cancellations

We will gladly cancel and refund an order if it hasn't been started yet.  We will cancel an order that is already in production, however the customer will be charged for design fee's, cost of products used, time, etc, that may have been incurred.  Once the custom order has been prepared, there is no refund.

Lead Time

Because each piece is made to order, our lead time is order specific and can range from 1 day to 2 weeks depending on size, design complexity and size of order.

Delivery Issues and Package Responsibility

We understand that receiving your orders safely and on time is important. Please note that while we do our utmost to ensure that your packages are packaged securely and shipped promptly, once an order has been handed off to the mail carrier, it is no longer under our control.

Responsibility for Packages: All orders are shipped with tracking numbers. Responsibility for the package transfers to the mail carrier once it leaves our facility. This means we are not responsible for lost packages.

Lost or Missing Packages: If you encounter any issues with delivery, such as a lost or missing package, you will need to file a claim directly with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. They are best equipped to assist you in locating your package.

Additional Support: We value your satisfaction and are here to help. If you experience any delivery issues, feel free to contact us. While we are not responsible for the package once it has been shipped, we will make every effort to work with you and see if there's a way to resolve the situation favorably.
